Our clients acquired a stunning waterfront property that came with ultra-modern architectural plans. However, their vision leaned more toward a timeless, character-rich aesthetic. Inspired by the home’s coastal setting, they dreamed of a refined Hampton-style retreat.
To bridge the gap between modern and traditional, we thoughtfully reimagined the design. We introduced exterior elements such as natural stone, classic shingles, architectural beams, and elegant lighting to soften the contemporary edges and infuse the home with charm and personality.
Our goal was to achieve a look of casual elegance—a luxurious yet comfortable atmosphere perfect for entertaining and everyday family living. Inside, every detail was curated to reflect this vision: from bespoke millwork and layered wallpaper to statement lighting, tailored furnishings, and curated accessories. Each space tells a story of warmth, texture, and sophistication.
We embraced nature as a central design theme. Natural materials and organic finishes were used to mirror the coastal surroundings, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. One of our favorite innovations is featured in the Primary Ensuite—a folding glass wall opens directly in front of the freestanding tub, creating the serene illusion of bathing right on the deck, just steps from the ocean.
